Commodity prices

Commodity price statistics provide data on the price development of raw materials and energy. Price trends in these markets are an important factor for the world economy.

For consumer countries they are an important cost factor that can influence domestic price trends. For the countries that produce and export raw materials they are an important factor in determining export returns and their import capacity.
